I think i'm a new. I came on as an elders wife, (a good friend) said she checked out something i'd asked her on a site rather than look it up. I don't know which site but it got me interested.

What year Did you Stop Attending Meetings - How Long were you a JW ?
by flipper ini'm trying to compare some statistics and figures on this to share later in the thread to see if more long-time witnesses are exiting- or are newer witnesses exiting after a shorter period of time.
and - are more people exiting in the last 10 to 15 years than before.
so your answers would be helpful in looking into this .

I'm sorry i didn't say how many years a witness up until 96. I think i was baptised in 71 or 72 at the age of either 12,13 or 14 and i was raised as a witness from the age of 2

I think you should celebreate birthdays because i likes them. ( wot a bunch of nonsense) (i think the 10 reasons are really good.) I always thougth the reasons for not celebrating were a bunch of crap!

Remembering why I haven't gotten married

i was at the self-checkout and had a front row seat to a couple in their forties arguing over their inability to operate the scanner.
more to the point, it was her loudly berating him for any attempt he made to help.
